A consultation is required before purchasing a package. The consultation will determine if we are able to help you, give a timeframe, and review your DNA matches.

2. If you would like to complete before the consultation, the Family Tree form for a family tree build.    --OR--
3. Complete Maternal and Birth Parent forms if you're looking for your birth father. 
4. We will contact you shortly.

We understand that you may not know a lot of the questions that we ask, and that's ok. Do the best you can.
