We currently offer research into basic family trees, including third, fourth, and fifth generation trees, as well as investigation into discovering birth parents. This information is obtained through a simple DNA test, preferably through AncestryDNA, although 23andMe, FTDNA, and MyHeritage tests are also acceptable. Jennie
Jenn is a Professional Genealogist who discovered her passion for ancestry research while looking for her own family’s missing links in 2018. By 2020, she began casually helping others with their genealogical mysteries, and in 2025, she founded Find The Missing Link, where she and her team began professionally assisting clients in locating birth parents and grandparents, as well as building family trees. Jenn has accrued a wealth of knowledge from her years of in-depth investigations and takes on each new case with eagerness and determination to connect families and uncover their stories.
When she isn’t working, Jenn enjoys baking, online shopping, playing video games, and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and all their fur babies - especially her favorite little granddog, Lenny.
Sam
Sam, Chief Financial Officer, is a crucial force behind the company's financial success and strategic growth. Sam's financial oversight has ensured that "Find My Missing Link" can invest in cutting-edge technology, expand its database of historical records, and offer competitive pricing.
Sam is not only the CFO, he is also Jenn's husband. In his off time, Sam enjoys classic VW Beetles, working on cars, karate, and spending time with family.
Markay
Markay, our Chief Operating Officer, is a lady who wears many hats. From ensuring compliance with privacy practices, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate website, to promptly addressing all inquiries in a timely manner, she is a vital member of the team.

Markay spends most of her spare time with her two furbabies, an adorable, fluffy butt rescue dog, and a snarky, snowshoe Siamese cat. She also loves to garden, bake, and work on DIY home projects.
Jordan
Jordan, is not only our marketing manager, she is also Sam and Jenn's daughter. She is responsible for developing marketing plans, managing social media, and creating content that effectively communicates the company's message. Jordan consistently finds new ways to connect with customers and boost the brand's visibility.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her two little dogs, Francis and Leonard.
